WWE superstar Zelina Vega confirmed there is still a way for Rey Mysterio's son Dominik to join the Latino World Order.

But he would have "a lot of grovelling" to do first before he could join his dad, Vega, Santos Escobar, Joaquin Wilde and Cruz Del Toro.

Rey and Dominik became the first ever father-son duo to win tag team titles in WWE when they beat Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode at WrestleMania Backlash two years ago.

But the younger Mysterio betrayed his father at Clash at the Castle last year in Wales and subsequently joined forces with The Judgment Day.

Since then, the 26-year-old's career has skyrocketed as he has become one of the industry's hottest heels getting booed out of every building he performs at.

Dominik and his team-mates Damian Priest, Finn Balor as well as Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley have been embroiled in a long-term feud with the LWO.

That led to a match between The Mysterios at WrestleMania 39, where Rey defeated his son.

The American duo's relationship has been in tatters for a year with Dom regularly calling the WWE Hall of Famer a "deadbeat dad".

But Vega insists there is still a chance of peace between the LWO and the young high-flier as Rey is a "very forgiving person".

The former Queen of the Ring, though, insists the three-time world champion will have to shake on it first.

Vega told SunSport: "He would have a lot of apologising to do. A lot of grovelling to do.

"Rey is a very forgiving person, cause we've had history. But if Rey says it's okay, then we go with what the big man says."

Dominik will be in action tonight at Money in the Bank as he will take on Cody Rhodes at The O2 Arena in London.

The same goes for Vega, who will compete in the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match against Bayley, IYO SKY, Becky Lynch, Zoey Stark and Trish Stratus.

The ex-WWE Women's Tag Team Champion will have a chance to bring both briefcases to the LWO with Escobar competing in the Men's Ladder Match.

And the 32-year-old insists it is time for the stable to take the "next step" as a full triumph would guarantee both members a title opportunity at any time they wish.

Vega added: "I think, more than anything, this feels like the right time for LWO to take the next step.

"Because it was one thing to form the LWO - or reform the LWO - but now it's time for the next step and just having gold around our waist.

"And plus, we need to get the LWO all over that briefcase."
