TV personality Kate, 43, took to Instagram to share a brief video capturing her daughter Noa's bedtime routine.

The clip revealed Noa's struggle to fall asleep, as she repeatedly got out of bed multiple times.

During the video, Kate can be seen expressing her frustration with a subtle exclamation of 'f**k sake!' while giving an annoyed look towards the camera.

But it wasn't long before she was met with a wave of unsolicited advice and harsh comments.

She captioned the lengthy post: "How did your one transition from cot to bed? While I can’t complain about her actual sleeping pattern, because she’s more or less falling asleep around the same time as she used to which was about 8pm and waking up around 7am, it’s the getting her to fall asleep.

"In her cot she would just entertain herself for an hour, sometimes an hour and a half. Now she likes to get out of bed maybe 10-20 times once we’ve had story time and milk and said goodnight. Her excuses are sometimes genuine (I need a wee) but most of the time it’s what’s going down in this video.

"I was hiding in the laundry room along the hallway from her bedroom after going upstairs a few times and if I’m honest, I found the whole thing hilarious. When she says ‘See?!’ ???????? Love her so much.

"On the whole I couldn’t be more proud of her as some nights, she will drop off straight away. Any questions about her routine, feel free to ask.

However, it seems that some keyboard warriors have taken it upon themselves to criticize her approach."

Taking to the comments section, one user wrote: "Don’t negotiate with her, just put her in bed and don’t speak."

A second added: "I think you are being too soft, If I'm honest."

A third commented: "Noa is playing a game with you. You need to be firmer and make it totally uninteresting for her if she comes out of her room. Stair gate on her bedroom door might help."

A fourth wrote: "Too many questions for Noa at bedtime. Too much stimulation, take her wee hand and say bedtime. It will take at at least an hour until she doesn't come out the room."

While a fifth wrote: "Stop engaging with her, the more you do that the more she will keep coming to talk to you!"

This isn't the first time Kate's experienced cruel mum-shaming by fans.

She was targeted again recently, as some of her followers questioned an 'inappropriate' choice for her daughter.

In the summer, she furiously took to Instagram after trolls blasted her for posting footage of her daughter having a tantrum.

They claimed she'd made the wrong decision to take two-year-old Noa on a road trip through Europe too.
