Sadly she pointed out that he is still not looking like himself, showing followers that he had to have tubes inserted into his throat and nose and is patched up with lots of bandages.

According to a UK medical website, a spinal stroke can have long term effects, leaving the sufferer with side effects such as bowel and bladder problems, physical problems, paralysis, and pain.

Georgia emphasized how unusual his condition is, saying that there was only a one per cent chance of this happening.

She told her fans: "He's quite frankly not in a good place right now. Let me just tell you, Louis is one of the best friends ever.

"He's shown up for me in everything. He's one of the funniest, best boys I know and quite frankly we can't have him like this for much longer."

Georgia went on to make an appeal for donations, adding: "He needs to get back on track. The best way we can do that is we've set up a GoFundMe.

"He's gonna need aftercare, he's gonna need modifications made to his home, when we do eventually get him home, and it's just one of those times where everyone across TikTok and everywhere just needs to come together to help this guy raise some money and help get Louis better."

Fans rushed to the comments to show their support, with one writing: "Awww sending so much love."

Another shared: "Aw I had the same stroke 10 years ago, and had everything the same,.. wish him all the best. Xx"

A third added: "Ur amazing Georgia ❤️sending sm love to Louie xx"
