EKIN Su’s boyfriend Davide Sanclimenti reassured fans she was OK last night after the star was forced to pull out of Dancing On Ice training.
The Love Island winner, who is partnered with Brendyn Hatfield, was banned from hitting the ice by doctors after falling ill – just days before the first live show.
Ekin broke the news to fans, telling them: "Very ill. Doctors have told me to rest hopefully I can recover very quickly ready for Sunday."
Once she got home to rest, Davide assumed the role of nurse, telling fans: “Someone’s home with the fever…in good hands though.”
The illness comes days after Ekin suffered a heavy fall on the ice which she bravely laughed off.

Ekin’s fans are devastated that her Dancing On Ice debut might be at risk.
One said: "Omg :(( pls rest and get well soon [crying and love heart emojis]."
Another posted: "Oh girl you definitely need to look after yourself, the most important thing is that you rest up and feel better!! Everything else can wait. sending all the love and positive vibes to you for a speedy recovery."
Ekin joins singer Michelle Heaton, TV personality The Vivienne, actress and DJ Patsy Palmer, The Wanted star Siva Kaneswaran, former footballer John Fashanu, and Olympic gymnast Nile Wilson on the show.
Coronation Street's Mollie Gallagher, Towie star Joey Essex, comedian Darren Harriott and Hollyoaks star Carley Stenson complete the line-up.
The celebs and their pro pairs will be judged by Olympian skaters Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, Diversity dancer Ashley Banjo and former Strictly Come Dancing professional Oti Mabuse.
